Fluid User Experience

With a project of this size and scope, it was important to put in place a framework that was both flexible enough to evolve over time and simple enough to allow users to move freely between properties. No small feat considering the hotels are literally next to eachother and offer almost the same services, amenities, and activities.

We resolved challenges like these by working collaboratively with our client - finding a balance between what users need and what content to showcase. The resulting design convey a lively, exciting guest experience that educates and informs users about the hundreds of activities, events, and services each of the hotels provide.

Creative Goals

Beyond designing a website that looks smart, reflects the branding, and addresses Tradewinds unique business objectives for their digital footprint, we wanted to create something that was approachable, fun, & engaging.

Our Results

  • Post launch, the Tradewinds website saw significant increases in user traffic and dwell-time on between their two property websites. A good sign for any new website.

  • The website realized an increase of over 34% new user transactions since launch.

  • Post-launch, we saw a significant jump in digital revenue for the Tradewinds website.
