Creative Goals

Chedi Andermatt turned to Cendyn to create a compelling new website designed to increase conversions and create a more engaging user experience that fully captured the resort’s abundance of activities and Michelin-ranked restaurants, while also educating guests about the region. To showcase these elements, we created design patterns that are intuitive, elegant, and easy to navigate.

With the user experience in mind, we reconstructed their information architecture to seamlessly move users through the broad range of important website touch-points while driving traffic towards the booking funnel.

Fluid User Experience

With so many pathways for guests to explore, it was critical to incorporate a fluid and intuitive user experience that appeals to a variety of guest segments. We thoughtfully crafted each step of the user journey to entice the guest towards conversion naturally as they move through the website.

One of the more important project goals was to showcase Chedi Andermatt’s incredible accommodations. Leveraging their stunning photography with thoughtful language, the listing for each room type both inspires and informs.
