With this in mind, it was imperative that we delivered a booking experience as refined and distinctive as the Maybourne brand in order to reinforce their status as leaders in hospitality.
This required a solution that seamlessly combined innovation, functionality, and elegance - ensuring every interaction reflected the sophistication and exclusivity Maybourne is known for.

The Process
Working in close partnership with the Maybourne team, we brought their vision to life through a thoughtful and collaborative design process.
Starting with discovery sessions, we gained a deep understanding of their brand and goals, which informed the initial wireframe concepts. These concepts were then refined into polished, high-fidelity designs that captured the elegance and sophistication Maybourne is known for.
Custom loading animations were created to enhance the user experience with subtle, elegant touches, while email templates were re-imagined to elevate guest communication and ensure consistency at every stage of the booking process.
This iterative approach ensured the final product aligned perfectly with their brand and exceeded expectations.
